Seissense

Seissense /ˈsiː.sɛns/ (pronounced: Sea-Sense) is a UK-based lounge and active wear brand built with intent. Seissense sources and crafts materials with sustainably in mind and manufactures in a B Corp Certified factory. It also uses a non-toxic FUZE™ technology that is anti-microbial and non-leaching.

Role: Group Marketing Manager acting as Head of Marketing

Marketing Strategy & Plan

  • Crafted and implemented the marketing strategy & plan to align all teams, and enhanced market penetration and brand recognition for Seissense across EMEA & AMER.

  • Directed the development of quarterly campaigns and roadmaps that communicated brand USPs with main content pillars across all marketing channels & teams: paid media, UGC, email marketing (Klaviyo), Social media management (Sprout Social), influencers & partnerships, Affiliate marketing (Awin.com), E-commerce (shopify plus), SEO & GEO (sem-rush), on-ground retail (Go-sport Dubai), GYM partnerships Viya Fit (Top Golf Dubai) & ROAR London, and high production in the UK and Dubai.

Media Planning & Performance Strategy

  • Built and executed a full-funnel paid media plan architecture across Meta, TikTok, and Google, aligning premium brand positioning with performance-driven acquisition.

  • Scaled prospecting and retargeting campaigns through structured frameworks and performance diagnostics to improve revenue trajectory consistency and reduce acquisition volatility by working on a profit work-back framework instead of ROAS.

  • Integrated paid media with e-commerce CRO initiatives (bundling, AOV optimization, PDP refinement), driving stronger conversion efficiency across UK, US and GCC markets.

  • Implemented attribution improvements and cross-channel reporting systems to enable data-led budget allocation and sustainable scaling with close to little discrepancy.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Secured Tier 1 & Tier 2 media placements (offline & digital) and creator amplification, contributing to an estimated 30-50% uplift in branded search volume during campaign peaks.

  • Developed founder-led storytelling and product education frameworks to strengthen trust positioning in a highly scrutinised sustainability category.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Built and scaled full lifecycle marketing system (Klaviyo), including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, sunset, browse abandoned and retention flows, contributing to 20-35% of total DTC revenue, also worked with Aimerce (Shopify app) for server-side tracking. I worked directly with Yiqi, CEO of Aimerce & Ex-Facebook & Reddit Engineer.

  • Improved average open rates to 35-45% and CTR to 6-10% through segmentation, behavioral triggers, and a structured campaign calendar.

  • Grew Klaviyo attributed revenue from 6-8% to 18-22% of total revenue.

  • Strengthened LTV:CAC ratio from 1.6x to 4x through retention-led strategies.

Social Media Management

  • Worked with content, creative, and brand teams to establish the content pillars from the strategy on our organic feeds across IG, FB, Tiktok, Snapchat public profile, Pinterest, and Linkedin.

  • Maintained monthly social media calendars following my created template for the team.

  • Had 5% engagement rates and millions in reach across 40% of the content posted.

Creative UGC & Brand Architecture

  • Built and operationalised a UGC-driven content engine across the UK & GCC producing 60-90 performance-ready assets monthly from brand brief, fueling paid, organic, PDP, and Email channels. View selected examples here.

  • Scaled influencers outreach ecosystem with KPIs in collab with internal influencer marketing manager to land 15-20 recurring creators per month, increasing social content velocity by 3x and supporting structured full-funnel paid & organic testing.

  • Improved paid creative performance consistency, contributing to stronger ROAS stability and 5%+ CTR from 1% compared to graphics only content.

Brand partnerships & consignment agreements

  • Led the consignment partnership agreement between ROAR gyms in London & Dubai with Seissense.

  • Collaborated on co-branded email/sms campaigns with ROAR and equipped coached with brand shirts and the gym with Seissense Yoga mats.

Event Marketing & Sponsorship

  • Won 1st place at GoSports Battle of The Brands at Dubai Active 2025 by creating the pitch deck and presenting it.

  • Negotiated and secured fashion events and online shopping ARs sponsorships that resulted in a 30% increase in brand exposure and a 15% uptick in post-event sales conversions.

  • Worked with Dubai Active 2025 and IEG Middle East teams to secure and roll out our booth (D5A) at the Exhibition.

  • Rolled out social media plan as platinum sponsors with Dubai Active Industries, and briefed internal creative director for the end look of the booth design.

  • Also worked on the premium sponsorship with UAE Storm Games at Al Fujairah Emirate.

E-commerce Marketing

  • Launched promotional campaigns that generated a 60% increase in e-commerce sales in sales season (BFCM & xmas). Leveraged seasonal trends, influencers & affiliates discount codes and consumer behavior insights focusing more on psychographics than demographics.

  • Directed e-Commerce optimization plans and bundled many outfits and discounted them focusing on margin effiency and drove a 60% increase in AOV within only one quarter, (from 90 GBP to 150 GBP), reaching quarter milestone to the yearly marketing plan of reaching 200 to 250 GBP AOV, targeting our ideal customer personas (HNW).

Influencers & Affiliate Marketing

  • Worked on influencer marketing campaigns with creators in the UK. Campaigns hit over 20 million viewers, resulting in a 60% increase in brand engagement, a 40% boost in follower growth cumulatively, and 30% increase in code usage at checkout.

  • Managed the affiliate program for Seissense with Awin that contributed to 20% of total online sales. Worked on the program from A to Z, from commission rates with affilates in the UK to crafting the terms and policies. This is a copy of the premium account management service with Awin.
